Looking for a way to send automated emails with catalogue updates
Hi there! I work for a company that rents out rooms and apartments under flexible contracts (3-month minimum, 1-month termination) and I am looking for a way to automate the emails we send out on a regular basis to people who are looking for an apartment with the apartments that became available for their preferred date. We have a custom-built system where we manage our catalogue (apartment info and availability) and we use Hubspot to store all leads (contact details and preferred move-in date etc.). I’m sure there is a possibility to build an API connection from our custom-built system to an app which creates the email, but I would also like to explore options where I do not need our developers to get involved. I have the possibility to sync our catalogue with a google sheet. What I would like the email to contain: information about the apartment, available from date, photo of the apartment (can be pulled from a unique URL per room), button to a form to book (Hubspot form embedded in a page on our website). Can anyone point me in the right direction where to look in terms of tools (free or subscription-based)? In terms of design, it would ideally look like the image below. Peters explained that your YouTube video description and closed captioning should incorporate keywords into your description. It also helps with accessibility for people who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Hence, adding closed captioning to your videos is an absolute must for accessibility.

Peters told me, “You get 5,000 characters total, so make use of it. YouTube creators use asterisks or all-caps to differentiate titles from body copy because it’s all plain text. Peters advises, “The first 200 characters are above the ‘more’ fold on the description box, so if you want your CTA/link to be seen by most people, keep it within the first 200 characters.”After the first 200 characters, your text will be cut off, and viewers will need to click “Show more” to see the rest. Gelb adds, “Broadening your targeting like this means you’ll get some irrelevant clicks and have some wasted ad spend, but you’ll also get more scale and it’s possible you’ll find that even with the higher customer acquisition cost, you’re still generating a positive ROI.”
