Looking for a email automation tool that allows us to sync postgresql

Hi everyone, glad to be here! We are currently looking for a email automation platform to send automated emails to new signups, logged in today, haven’t created an order for 30 days kind of events. However, we want to sync our postgres database so that we can pull the events. We’ve checked customer.io but it costs $1000 per month which is over our budget.
