CLV and LTV monitoring – what tools and granularity level do you go down to ?
We find it increasingly challenging to employ a standardized approach for all our markets. CLV monitoring is directly linked to our operational marketing systems to directly influence marketing investments. The thing is that there is still a lot of potential to further refine the analytics and increase granularity to the micro level. No end. What’s your situation ?
