Keeping contacts clean in Salesforce – HELP
Curious how others keep their contacts clean. Right now at my company, every Jan – March I pull the list of contacts we have in Salesforce from a certain region, say Europe, and I have to look them up ONE BY ONE in LinkedIn to see if they still work where we say they work in Salesforce. This is dumb ha This can literally be 1000 names for one region and it will take me a few weeks to “clean” Salesforce, which as I said is done yearly. Can anyone help?
